Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services

At FMCS, we offer a range of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services to support individuals with substance use or addiction disorders who are in various stages of recovery. Our SUD Services include:

  • Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counseling
Our compassionate team of SUD Counselors works with individuals and groups in different stages of substance use recovery. They will work with you to identify underlying causes of substance use, develop coping strategies, and make positive behavioral changes that help you prevent relapse and sustain recovery.
  • Substance Use Testing
At FMCS, we offer drug testing to determine an individual's use or misuse of alcohol and other drugs. Breathalizers and multidrug panels are used for drug detection. Substance use testing may be required for employment, insurance purposes, drug treatment programs, or to fulfill a court order.
  • Recovery Support Services

Our Recovery Support Services offer a variety of support services to assist individuals working toward and staying engaged in recovery from substance use disorders. Our culturally appropriate services are provided by peers and professionals. Recovery support groups include an HIV-specific and a gender-specific support group.

  • Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)

Our MOUD program uses medications (Boprenorphine) along with counseling, and other support services to treat substance use disorders. MOUD is proven to provide a safer withdrawal experience, reduce the risk of overdose deaths, and decrease the risk of relapse.

  • Diversion/Traffic Alcohol Program (TAP)
Our TAP Program provides alcohol use education and counseling for individuals who have received a DWI or DUI. Assistance is available to help clear Department of Motor Vehicle records once an individual has successfully completed the program.
